PART-1:The core of this process is changing ip Or Changing proxy server Whatever You say.We do the task by using a firefox add-on
>>First of all you have to use firefox as your browser.

>>Then download the add-on FoxyProxy standard from the above link(if the link don't work goto>>https://addons.mozilla.org and search the add-on FoxyProxy)
 >>https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2464/>>Install the add-on and restart firefox.

PART-2:
If you complete the PART-1 successfully about 90% of the task has completed
>>Now start fire fox
>>you will see a blue star left bottom of the fire fox browser
>>click on it
>>A window will appear
>>Now click on the button Add new proxy
>>Don't change anything
>>Add your Host or Ip Address And port to the respective edit box
>>Press ok then close


PARTt-3:
>>Go to Tools>FoxyProxy Standard>[YOUR ADDED IP OR HOST]>Use proxy "[your ip or host]" for all urls

NB:I think you have a question where do you get a working ip or Host and Port.You can get many working ips and ports from the down urlhttp://www.myiptest.com/staticpages/index.php/http-proxy-checker-tool.htmlgo to the link and scroll down.You will get a list of working ips and portYou can also check there ips and ports if it works

 Setting up proxy server has completed.

PART-4:
>>Now go to your desired Rapid share file download link
>>choose as free user
>>When the countdown start type>>>javascript:alert(c=0)
>>You will see the download link
>>Now download The file

If any error occured change your proxy server by following PART-1,2,3And try to download Again

TO CHANGE THE DESIRED LOCATION OF THE PROGRAM FILES FOLDER:
1.PRESS WIN-KEY+R
2.TYPE REGEDIT AND PRESS OK
3.GO TO>> "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion"
4.CHANGE THE VALUE OF "ProgramFiles" or "ProgramFilesDir"
NOW WHEN YOU INSTALL A NEW PROGRAM IT WILL DEFAULT TO THE NEW LOCATION YOU HAVE SELECTED
